One of the most difficult element of an international relocation is finding a home for you and your family. It doesn’t help that Dublin has a very competitive housing market with high demand for quality properties in desirable areas. You need boots on the ground, local connections and experience to secure the best properties – that is what I do best!
How it works
I research available properties both online and via local agents to create a list of potentially suitable properties. I then visit the properties and create a short list of 3 or 4 of the best properties that fit with your requirements.
After presenting these properties to you, I will assist you in making a decision and can assist with the negotiation or arranging viewings as suits your particular situation.
No two moves are the same and no two families are the same – I take each relocation on a case by case basis and work my service around your needs. If you have family pets, family members with special needs, schools requirements, transportation needs – I am here to help.
